Shipping policy
The Femili PNG Shop is run by FemiliPNG Australia (ABN 41 706 886 372), and sells a wide range of products – from clothing to coffee. All profits from sales are directed towards supporting Femili PNG’s work.
FemiliPNG Australia values our shop’s customers, and we recognise our responsibility to protect consumer rights – including our customers’ right to receive their order within a reasonable timeframe. We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which form part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. The ACL is administered by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
This Shipping Policy helps you understand how our store fulfils and ships orders.
Delivery
Processing and fulfilment
Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Coffee orders are fulfilled by Niugini Arabica (our coffee roaster) and shipped from their café in Curtin ACT. All other products are fulfilled by FemiliPNG Australia and shipped from either Canberra ACT or regional NSW.
Mixed orders containing coffee and another product will be fulfilled and shipped separately.
Please note that these processing times are estimates only and are not a guarantee. FemiliPNG Australia will contact you via email if there are any significant delays in processing your order.
Shipping
Free shipping: Free standard shipping is available on subscription orders of Femili PNG Coffee across Australia.
$5 flat-rate shipping: $5 flat-rate standard shipping is available for one-time orders of Femili PNG Coffee across Australia.
Standard shipping: For all other orders, we offer $12 flat-rate standard shipping across Australia.
All products are shipped via Australia Post (Standard Parcel Post). Tracking is provided on all deliveries.
- Most orders within ACT and NSW are delivered in 2-4 business days (after processing).
- Orders from elsewhere in Australia are typically delivered in 3-6 business days (after processing).

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees on Femili PNG Coffee orders with free local pickup at Niugini Arabica’s café:

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pick-up instructions.
You can pick up your order any time before 5pm on weekdays and before 1pm on weekends. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you collect.
Other products are usually not available for local pickup. However, you are welcome to contact us via email to check if we can offer local pick up for your order: info@femilipngaus.org
Consumer rights
You can learn about your right to receiving a product or service you have paid for within a reasonable time by visiting the ACCC website.
FemiliPNG Australia has the following commitments:
- We will never knowingly charge you for a product we are unable to supply you with.
- If we become unable to supply a product after you have purchased it, we will contact you to provide a solution (such as a full refund).
- If there are extreme delays on your order and we are unable to supply you with a product you have purchased within a reasonable time, we will contact you to provide a solution (such as a full refund).
