Subscription policy
The Femili PNG shop is run by FemiliPNG Australia (ABN 41 706 886 372), and sells a wide range of products – from clothing to coffee. All profits from sales are directed towards supporting Femili PNG’s work.
FemiliPNG Australia values our shop’s customers, and we recognise our responsibility to protect consumer rights. We adhere to the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which form part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. The ACL is administered by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
This Subscription Policy helps you understand how our store fulfils and ships subscription orders, and how you can change or cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions
FemiliPNG Australia offers a subscription service for our Femili PNG Coffee.
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Cancelling, changing or pausing your subscription
If you want to cancel, change or pause your subscription, you can do so at any time.

Delivery of subscription orders
Processing and fulfillment
Each time your subscription renews, your account will be charged and you will receive an order confirmation email.
Most orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Coffee orders are fulfilled by Niugini Arabica (our coffee roaster) and shipped from their café in Curtin ACT.
Please note that these processing times are estimates only and are not a guarantee. FemiliPNG Australia will contact you via the email if there are any significant delays in processing your order.
Shipping
Once your order has been fulfilled, your coffee will be shipped via Australia Post (Standard Parcel Post). Tracking is provided on all deliveries.
- Most orders within ACT and NSW are delivered in 2-4 business days (after processing).
- Orders from elsewhere in Australia are typically delivered in 3-6 business days (after processing).
